PRECINCT GUIDES: FOCUS ON LOCAL
Our Precinct Guides are a series of fold-out visitor maps designed to highlight the best of our Local Precinct partners. The first edition showcased pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafés, offering a comprehensive directory alongside a detailed map for visitors.
The upcoming edition, currently in development, will expand to include additional business categories. It will also provide new opportunities for sponsorship, featured listings, and partnerships, helping businesses gain greater visibility.
This initiative has been made possible through the generous support of the City of Sydney’s Business Sector Support Grants. These guides are a key tool for connecting visitors with local businesses and fostering growth across the Sydney City West community.
SYDNEY STREETS: A Celebration of Community and Culture
Nothing brings a neighborhood together like a street celebration, and the Sydney Streets initiative is set to do just that! The City of Sydney is transforming some of the city’s busiest streets into vibrant spaces for walking, shopping, dining, and entertainment. With road closures, outdoor activities, live music, food stalls, and family-friendly fun, these events offer the perfect opportunity to explore Sydney’s inner-city neighborhoods.

GATHER: Connecting Local Businesses and Creatives
GATHER is our series of regular business networking events, designed to foster meaningful connections and collaboration across Glebe, Surry Hills, and Redfern-Waterloo. This initiative, supported by the City of Sydney’s Business Sector Support Grant and in partnership with UTS Startups, aims to revitalize local engagement by bringing together entrepreneurs, business owners, freelancers, and creatives.
By connecting local entrepreneurs, business leaders, and creatives, GATHER encourages collaboration and innovation within and across precincts, strengthening the City of Sydney’s business community.
